Property Pulse ("Property Pulse", "we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered lead generation and appointment-setting service for kitchen and bath remodeling contractors in the United States and Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us about our program, or work with us as a contractor client.

This policy covers two distinct categories of information: (i) information about the contractor (the business owner, staff, and authorized representatives) and (ii) information about homeowners and leads generated for the contractors we work with. Different rules apply to each, as described below.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact information such as your name, business name, phone number, and email address when you book a call or contact us through our website.
Business information such as your service areas, project types, budget ranges, current marketing channels, and goals discussed during our discovery and onboarding.
Account and billing information for engaged contractors, including payment method and billing address, processed through our payment provider.

Information collected automatically

Standard server log information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and timestamps.
Usage data on how you interact with our website (pages viewed, links clicked) via privacy-preserving analytics.
Performance metrics from advertising platforms (Meta, Google) for the campaigns we run on behalf of contractor clients.

How we use information

To deliver the Property Pulse program - running ads, deploying AI voice agents, qualifying leads, and booking in-home estimate appointments for your business.
To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and onboard new contractor clients.
To process payments and administer the business relationship.
To improve our program, tooling, and creative assets through aggregated, de-identified performance analysis.
To send operational communications (program updates, account reports, compliance notices) and, with your consent, occasional educational content.
To comply with applicable laws, advertising platform policies, and our contractual obligations.

Homeowner and lead information

When we operate the AI voice agents, ad campaigns, and appointment-setting system on behalf of a contractor, we handle information about homeowners who respond to those campaigns. This may include name, contact details, property address, project type, estimated budget, timeline, and their conversations with our AI agents. We collect and process this information solely to provide services to the contractor who is acquiring those homeowners as clients. That contractor is the controller of the lead information generated through their pipeline. Practical effect for homeowners: if you are a homeowner responding to an ad or a call from an AI agent operating on behalf of a contractor, your information and conversation are logged inside that contractor's pipeline and shared with them so they can follow up on your remodeling project. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for any purpose outside delivering services to that contractor.

Sharing and third parties

Service providers. Hosting, analytics, communications (voice and SMS), payment processing, advertising platforms, and CRM partners we use to deliver the program.
With your business. Lead and homeowner information collected through your pipeline is shared with you as the controller of that information.
Legal compliance. When required by law, court order, or to investigate suspected violations of our terms.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected parties where required.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functioning, analytics, and conversion tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to browse the site or contact us.

Data retention

If your request concerns lead or homeowner information generated for a specific contractor, contact that contractor - they are the controller of that information, and we will support their response.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.

Children

Our website and services are directed to contractors and adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International users

We operate primarily from the United States and serve clients in the United States and Canada. If you are accessing our services from outside these regions, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify contractor clients directly.
